“Optical Axis” won a honoured prize
The 37th International Festival de Films de Femmes, which ran from 13 to 22 of March in France, announced the winners. 

Film “Objects in Mirror” by Iranian filmmaker Narges Abyar won Grand Prix in the Best Film category. 


Marina Razbezhkina, a Russian filmmaker and a member of the Russian Documentary Guild, received the Anna Politkovskaya Award for the full-length documentary “Opticheskaya Os” (“Optical Axis”). 


Looking at 100-year-old Russian photos at the site of their creation produces a dynamic encounter between past and present.

The movie "Todos estan muertos” by Beatriz Sanchis got a Jury Prize, and Audience Award for Best Documentary went to Judith Montell and Emmy Scharlatt for their work “In the Image – Palestinian Women Capture the Occupation”
