"Two Sides Of One Horse" at Worldfilm Tartu Festival
Russian documentary "Two Sides Of One Horse" was screened at Worldfilm Tartu Festival, which took place in Estonia on March 15-22, 2014.
Tartu collected an amazing program from all over the world. The viewers got the opportunity to watch more than 70 films and communicate with the authors during 8 days of the festival.

All those filmmakers, who failed to come took part in skype conferences to answer the questions of the audience.

The festival is organized by a small creative team from the museum and university. Each day of screenings was thematic. The sequence of screenings gave an opportunity to look upon different things through an unusual focus, to see what was happening in Africa, Europe and Russia and compare it between each other. This is the main goal of an anthropological festival.

   TWO SIDES OF ONE HORSE

In order to understand what’s going on in Russia these days simply going out into the street and looking around you or reading the news reports is not enough. If you want to get to the essence, the best way is to change the point of view radically and look at things through the eyes of, say ... a horse that serves in an operative battalion in the centre of Moscow.

Earlier the film took part in more than 10 film festivals in Russia and CIS.
