International Science Film Festival announces winners

The Spanish film “Wildmed, the Last Mediterranean Forest” directed by Arturo Menor won the Grand Prix of the Festival.

 

The Russian filmmaker Sergey Tsihanovich got the Best Director award for his documentary called “The Lake in the Sea”.

The Russian film "Dutch in Russia. Influence of Holland” by Igor Kolyadin won the Best Script award.

"Alexey Leonov. Leap into Space” by Alexey Kitaytsev got the Special Jury prize for portraying the history of the astronautics. 

Another Special Jury Prize went to the Russian State University of Cinematography named after S.A. Gerasimov for the successful, creative and scientific work at the World of Knowledge festival. And the last but not least, Russian director Angelica Dolinina got a joint prize sponsored by the Russian Documentary Film and Television Guild, Canon and Central National Film studio for her documentary "To hear how the grass grows”.
